I’m so excited to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year! Kindergarten is such a magical time full of learning, laughter, and growth, and I can’t wait to make special memories together as a class. I will see you at Back to School Night on August 18th, and then on the First Day of School, August 20th! The first three days are short days with early dismissal.
In the meantime, There are a few things you can do to get a jump on the school year!

Supply List- Life can be so busy, so we are requesting parents to donate $30 to cover each student’s supplies. Instead of you doing the shopping, I will do the shopping for you. This way I can get all needed supplies purchased and labeled before students even come back to school, and you don’t even have to worry about it.
**Aside from the money donation, the only item I need you to provide is a set of DURABLE headphones that can last all year. We are a technology based school and we use headphones everyday! On our blog under parent info is where we have our recommended headphones that typically last all year. (Please LABEL with student’s name). Please donate $35 to the Q1 office or pay online by clicking the following link Quest Online Payments and selecting “OTHER”, please also type in “Rees Supplies”. If possible, please make donation payments on or before Back to School Night.

Food Permission- Snack time will be every afternoon from 1:50-1:55 before their recess. We will also be consuming food items for parties or class activities, please sign the form below. Any additional permission forms needed, we will notify you at least 1 week prior. Link Here.
Volunteer Form- We have many opportunities to volunteer within our classroom. Fill out the form below if interested. There will be school volunteer opportunities that come up throughout the year. We will notify you as they come. Link here.
One way that you can help your child over the summer is to READ!!! It is so important to have your child read for 20 minutes every day.
